Prerequisites

Participants should have completed any of the following basic courses:
• PLR – Shashwat (Basic)
• Kriya Kundalini Yog (Level 1)
• Reiki (Level 1 & 2)
• Yogasth Bhav Course

Note: Interested students who have not yet completed any of these courses can enroll and complete them in the future.

Retreat Schedule

Evening (Arrival Day):
• Arrive by 4:00 PM
• Check-in and rest
• 5:00 – 6:00 PM: High Tea
• 8:00 – 9:00 PM: Dinner
• 9:00 – 10:00 PM: Agni Ujwala and initiation with Guruji (spiritual bonfire)

Daily Schedule:

Morning:
• 6:00 – 7:30 AM: Purification practices, asanas, pranayamas (with Sadhvi Shivani)
• 8:30 – 9:30 AM: Breakfast

Noon:
• 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Theory/Practice session with Guruji
• 1:00 – 2:00 PM: Lunch
• 2:00 – 3:00 PM: Interactive session with the Yogasth team

Evening:
• 5:00 – 6:00 PM: Tea
• 6:00 – 8:00 PM: Session with Guruji
• 8:00 – 9:00 PM: Dinner
• 9:00 – 10:00 PM: Agni Ujwala (spiritual bonfire)

Final Day:
